Becoming, A New Chapter

If pain could talk, it would probably sound a little like this album.

Not because Becoming is an album about staying in pain.

Quite the opposite.

It is about what we discover when we finally have the courage to listen to what pain was trying to tell us.

Every song asks something of us.

What happens when “sorry” is never followed by change?

How can something be in the past when we’re still healing from it in the present?

How much of life do we miss while hunting for more?

What if you’re not behind, and your time simply hasn’t met your turn yet?

What if the life you’re chasing is already happening around you?

What if you haven’t noticed how much you’ve changed because you’ve been too busy growing?

And what happens when we finally stop trying to become who everybody expected us to be and simply… become?

Becoming is pain, gratitude, time, love, endings, words, identity, ambition, memory, healing and the strange contradictions of being human.

Every line is a wake-up call.

Every lyric is a reminder.

Some of these songs may comfort you.

Some may confront you.

And some might make you sit quietly afterward and realise…

“I needed to hear that.”

Sarven doesn’t write about pain to keep people inside it.

Sarven writes deeply enough to discover what was hiding underneath it.

And underneath this album?

There is life.

Imperfect. Temporary. Complicated. Beautiful.

Still teaching us.

Still surprising us.

Still asking us to notice.

🌱 BECOMING, Sarven

I thought becoming meant arriving.

Life taught me it meant unfolding.

Becoming arrives 1 September 2026. It is Sarven’s final project of 2026.

Sarven

I am Sarven, an independent artist and storyteller.

I write songs for the conversations people have with themselves when no one else is around.

My music lives where emotional truth meets lived experience, transforming quiet battles into stories that help people feel understood.

Every lyric begins with a question, every song with a search for meaning. Whether it's identity, healing, love, purpose, grief or beginning again, I write for those who have carried feelings they could never quite put into words.

My sound is emotional realism. Honest, cinematic and deeply human.

I don't believe music should simply entertain. I believe it should accompany people through life.

That's why every song I create is written with intention, exploring personal transformation alongside the wider questions that shape our world.
